On October 28, 2020, His Excellency, The Most Reverend Archbishop Blair, pursuant to the cannon of The Church, extended the dispensation from Sunday Mass obligation for Catholics within the Archdiocese of Hartford through the eve of Ash Wednesday, Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
